A Payment Authorized status means your campaign has been approved by the publisher and payment has been secured to hold the placement. This confirms your spot while allowing final payment to occur only after delivery.

When payment is authorized:
Your spot is reserved and confirmed
The publisher can proceed with scheduling or recording
Payment is held securely but not yet finalized
Final charges are completed after the ad runs, based on the agreed delivery terms.
At this stage, you should:
Submit creative assets before the listed deadline
Review campaign details and timelines
Confirm tracking or attribution requirements
If creative is already submitted, no further action may be required.
Once creative is approved and the campaign begins, you’ll see access to View Creative and View Tracking as those become available.
After delivery, payment is finalized automatically.
Your payment method has been authorized to secure the spot, but the charge is finalized after delivery.
If the ad is not delivered, payment is not finalized and any authorized amount is released according to the campaign terms.
